This is a great visual story that can be used to explain what the Coronavirus is to young children. It describes this epidemic in child friendly language, whereby the focus is on identifying their feelings related to this situation as well as empowering them on what they can do to help. For our students who may be feeling anxious, this will offer information that will help to better understand what is going on.

Il s’agit d’une excellente histoire visuelle qui peut être utilisée pour expliquer ce qu’est le coronavirus aux jeunes enfants. Il décrit cette épidémie dans un langage adapté aux enfants, où l’accent est mis sur l’identification de leurs sentiments liés à cette situation ainsi que sur l’autonomisation sur ce qu’ils peuvent faire pour aider. Pour nos étudiants qui peuvent se sentir anxieux, cela leur donnera de l’information qui les aidera à mieux comprendre ce qui se passe.
Writing is a great way for individuals to express their emotions. We found time capsules (French and English) related to the Covid-19 crisis and wanted to share them with you. We felt that they were a meaningful and relevant resource, that will certainly serve as a way for your child(ren) to document history….a precious keepsake to share with future generations.
L’écriture est un excellent moyen pour les individus d’exprimer leurs émotions. Nous avons trouvé un document qui pourrait tenir lieu de journal (en français et en anglais) lié à la crise du Covid-19 et nous voulions le partager avec vous. Nous avons estimé qu’il s’agissait d’une ressource utile et pertinente, qui pourrait certainement servir à vos enfants. Un précieux souvenir à partager avec les générations futures.
